Class Descriptions and Costs

Beginner Matwork: These classes are for all students new to Classical Pilates regardless of previous Pilates experience. 

(Specialist classes for Osteoporosis/back pain issues and Pregnancy 14 weeks +- ring for details)

Pilates for Seniors: Classical PIlates matwork with props for the more senior student.

Intermediate Matwork: The Level 1 group for students who have attended foundation classes and the teacher has confirmed that mixed ability is now appropriate.

Advanced Matwork: The challenge group where students who regularly practice in addition to class may move to on the recommendation of their teacher.

 

Class Costs

The prices below cover classes at our studio in Troon.

Where your teacher has additional qualifications e.g. Physiotherapy or Remedial Therapy, individual charges will be made by the teacher.

Class numbers for group matwork is a maximum of 8. The class duration is approximately 55 minutes.

All group classes must be booked and paid in advance. We accept payment in the following ways:

• Direct payments from your bank account
• By telephone for debit/credit card only
• At class by card or cash.
• Gift certificates can be issued and are valid for 6 months
