Karen Dow
After 2 years as a student in Classical Pilates Karen attained a Level 1 matwork certification in 2009 and her enthusiasm both as a Teacher and for personal practice continues to grow. In addition to her Classical Pilates qualification, Karen holds a first class honours degree in Physiotherapy. Her combined skills can be applied to a wide range of clients from the performance athlete to orthopaedic, musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions.
