Timetables

 

The timetables below are effective from 2nd May 2016 and are coded as follows:

Beginner: These classes are for all students new to Classical Pilates regardless of previous Pilates experience. 

(Specialist classes for Osteoporosis/back pain issues and Pregnancy 14 weeks +- ring for details)

Intermediate: For students who have attended beginner classes and the teacher has confirmed that a intermediate class is now appropriate.

Advanced: The challenge group where students who regularly practice in addition to class may move to on the recommendation of their teacher.

All the classes must be pre-booked and paid in advance.

Wednesday  6.00 & 7.00 p.m. (Tower class)
Thursdays    6.00, 7.00 & 8.00 p.m.

Fridays         8.30 (Teachers), 9.30 & 10.30 a.m.
